The partnership with Aldersgate College means that the institution can now offer the MikroTik Basic Certification Training Program (MTCNA Training) free of charge to its enthusiastic students.

In a testament to his commitment to professional development, Mr. John Samu Komura from Aldersgate College recently participated in a comprehensive 6-day training program on Network Management using MikroTik. The training, which included a Certification Exam, was organized for thirty-seven participants from various schools and offices. The event took place from January 23 to 28, 2023, at the Nueva Vizcaya State University Main Campus Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
The initiative was a collaborative effort involving the Philippines Society of Information Technology Educators Foundation, Inc. (PSITE), MikroTik, the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), and the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).
The primary objective of the training was to enhance and familiarize participants with RouterOS software and RouterBoards products, enabling them to effectively connect clients to the Internet. The curriculum also covered configuring, managing, and performing basic troubleshooting on MikroTik routers.
Leading the charge was the esteemed Certified MikroTik Academy Trainer, Engineer Roy L. Pamitalan. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, Engr.
