The induction of officers from various organizations took place on October 4th at the Audio-Visual Room. Student officers from various co-curricular and extracurricular organizations were cordially invited to commemorate and embrace leadership responsibilities and commit to upholding the core values of the institution.
The commencement formally began with opening remarks delivered by Ms. Philami G. Uy Lim, a distinguished member of the Board of Trustees. “I hope you will always work together as a team, supporting each other and collaborating for the common good,” Lim said.
College President, Rev. Micah Ryan B. Ramel, Ph.D., also shared an inspirational message. “There are many challenges that you must confront, which serve to strengthen you,” he stated, underscoring the idea that life presents challenges, which should not be viewed as obstacles but as opportunities for personal growth.
Thereafter, the advisers of different organizations introduced their officers. Students were duly acknowledged and asked to stand when their names were called, receiving recognition from their fellow ACians and esteemed educators spanning various organizations.
The apex of the event was the solemn oath-taking ceremony, during which the student leaders pledged their utmost dedication and commitment to fulfilling the responsibilities entrusted to them. They vowed to uphold, support, and defend the constitution of our institution with unwavering resolve.
Rev. Arvie P. Estavillo delivered an invocation to formally initiate the Mass Induction, followed by the singing of the national anthem and the Vizcaya Hymn, and AC March in the latter part of the program. AC-Supreme Student Council (AC-SSC) played a major role in organizing the program.”
