August 11 and 12, 2023 were red letter days for Aldersgate College Inc employees as these marked the highly anticipated team building activity set at Dinadiawan, Dipaculao, Aurora. Four coasters, private vehicles, and motor bikes conveying enthusiastic employees cruised the winding country road that led to the beaches of Aurora province.
Day 1 began with a devotion led by the Spiritual Nurturance Committee with Rev. Dr. Jaime R. Bolusan delivering the day’s message. The President, Rev. Dr. Micah Ryan B. Ramel, gave a short talk highlighting the approval by the Board of Trustees of more happy news for all employees in recognition of their commitment towards meeting the standards expected from each member of the AC community.
The day pressed on with exhausting but nevertheless fun activities for everyone which was followed by experiential learning processing questions as participants reflected on how their experiences in accomplishing the assigned tasks could be translated into better working relationships. The afternoon was more laid back as employees sang all-time videoke favorites while some competed in friendly beach volleyball matches.
Day 2 opened with a morning devotion and Zumba exercises led by the Health and Wellness Team. Employees took part in another round of games and had the chance to explore the sights before heading home to rest before the start of classes on August 14, 2023.
