Anti-Terrorism and Drug Abuse Seminar

The Office of Community Extension Services under Leticia D. Serrano spearheaded the conduct of a seminar on anti-terrorism and drug abuse.
The Regional Director for ACCERT Region 02, Enrico Antonio, extended his greetings to all the participants while Dr. Elmer A. Palacio, ACCERT Vice President for Youth Affairs and Corporate Auditor led the discussion on anti-terrorism. PLCL Mark Paul Diner C. Galut of the Intel PNCO Division delivered a talk on drug abuse.
The seminar is also a project of the Graduate School of Management and Education in partnership with the Anti-Crime and Community Emergency Response Team (ACCERT) and the Solano Philippine National Police (PNP).
