The opening program highlighted Day 1 with the two teams getting the opportunity to meet and establish the goals of the visit. The Accrediting Team was composed of Dr. Jonathan P. Leal from Filamer Christian University (FCU), the Overall Coordinator, Dr. Hezel M. Guillen from Wesleyan University Philippines (WUP), Dr. Cheryl Lyn A. Sanchez from North Luzon Adventist College (NLAC), Dr. Ferdinand E. Romano also from WUP, Dr. Amelia N. Vicente from Lorma Colleges (LC), Professor Liliosa P. Moneva from Rizal Memorial Colleges (RMC), and Prof Ruth F. Magdaluyo also from FCU.

Dr. Leal, while expounding on the seriousness of their task to ensure that all programs meet the acceptable levels of quality, described the process as collegial with their team as partners in uplifting the goals and dreams of the College towards sustaining its good image while in pursuit of higher levels of quality education.

Day 1 activities also included the courtesy call to the College President, the virtual campus tour (including laboratories and the physical plant and facilities), interviews with student leaders and representatives and faculty members, and classroom observations. Further review of submitted documents were reviewed via the Virtual Exhibit Room (VER).

Day 2 began with interviews with the administrators of student support services, directors for student affairs, research, human resources, extension, and alumni. The day pressed on with another round of interviews with non-teaching personnel, program chairs and assistant dean, deans, and alumni.

On Day 3, the accreditors were able to meet the community leaders and recipients of the extension services of the College. This was followed by interviews with the Vice Presidents, the President and members of the Board of Trustees. The closing program signaled the day’s end with both teams expressing their deep gratitude for the many insights shared throughout the accreditation period.
