Flag raising ceremonies on Monday launched the inclusion of the institution’s vision, mission, goals and objectives after the Panatang Makabayan. The rationale behind this is to manifest allegiance to two significant institutions for students and employees, the Philippines, our motherland and Aldersgate College, Inc, our beloved school. Through this, stakeholders develop deeper appreciation for the direction that the College has set out to achieve and thus, strive to embody the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the school in their everyday lives.
During the ceremonies, the Elementary department under the leadership of Supervising Principal Dr. Marissa J. Taguinod and Elementary School Principal Cely B. Luna, together with other programs, was lauded by AC President Rev. Micah Ryan B. Ramel for successfully passing the ACSCU-ACI accreditation in December of last year. Similarly, budding journalists from the elementary and high school departments were recognized after winning in the recently held Division Schools Press Conference last March 10 to 12, 2023. Danica Joy A. Bulda won first place in Feature Writing – Filipino, while Nick Jared G. Domincel and Gerald Andrews A. Gatchalian placed 3rd in Sports Writing – Filipino and Copyreading and Headline Writing – English respectively. Januari M. Castañeto placed 7th in Editorial Cartooning – Filipino.
