Marking the end of the first semester after a flurry of various activities, AC employees got together to celebrate Christmas and the end of the year. A Thanksgiving service began the festivities followed by opening remarks by the ACEA president Mr. Nelson M. Agustin and then the Christmas message delivered by AC President Rev. Micah Ryan B. Ramel, PhD. Dr. Myrna V. Viernes and Dr. Willie A. Damasco, member and Chairman of the Board of Trustees respectively, were also present to extend their Christmas greetings. Retirees and alumni joined the festivities as well. The different departments then proceeded with their Christmas presentations, with the elementary department rendering an original “Kuya Pastor” song, much to the entertainment of the crowd. The women-empowered advisory board, composed of the Vice Presidents (Adminstration, Academic Affairs, and Finance), the AC Health & Wellness Zumba Group, and the Execom with the President, joined the Christmas spirit with their intermission numbers. The afternoon began with the exchange of gifts, raffle draw, and parlor games. The event was also made special for faculty kids who received gifts and treats from several employees.
