Solano, Nueva Vizcaya — Aldersgate College Inc. (ACI) proudly joins the global stage as it secures the 38th rank in the World’s Universities with Real Impact (WURI) 2025 rankings under the Empowerment-Based Management category—a milestone that highlights the institution’s commitment to innovative and participatory leadership.
The WURI rankings, known for recognizing educational institutions that demonstrate real impact through innovation, social responsibility, and sustainability, spotlight universities and colleges that break away from traditional academic frameworks. ACI’s placement in the Empowerment-Based Management category underscores its dedication to inclusive governance, people-centered policies, and leadership practices that empower all stakeholders in the academic community.
This significant achievement is the product of a collaborative effort led by Mrs. Leticia Serrano, Director of the ACCESS (Aldersgate College Community Extension Social Services), who served as the principal writer of the WURI project entry. She was ably supported by Mrs. Debora Sampaga, the institution’s Focal Person for Internationalization, who ensured alignment with global standards and visibility. Dr. Marissa Taguinod, Vice President for Academic Affairs, provided strategic direction in ensuring that the project reflected ACI’s core academic values and governance philosophy. The collective vision was propelled by Dr. Micah Ryan Ramel, President of Aldersgate College, whose leadership continues to bring the institution to new heights of excellence and innovation.
