Aldersgate College Strengthens Strategic Vision Through Stakeholder Engagement with CATALYSTE+

Solano, Nueva Vizcaya — Aldersgate College Inc. (ACI), in partnership with CATALYSTE+, has initiated a week-long series of stakeholder consultations from January 18 to 25, 2025. This initiative aims to refine the institution’s strategic branding, enhance communication strategies, and foster stronger partnerships with its community and stakeholders.

The consultations, facilitated by CATALYSTE+ Advisor Bandula Abeysundara, M.Sc., Ph.D., P. Eng. (retired), bring together a diverse group of participants to collaboratively shape ACI’s future direction. ACI’s leadership, including its President, Vice Presidents, Deans, and Principals, shared their perspectives on the institution’s core values and aspirations. Faculty members and department heads provided insights into program-specific identities and internal communication strategies, ensuring alignment with the college’s mission. Student leaders and alumni contributed valuable feedback on how ACI’s branding resonates with their experiences and engagement. Community partners and graduate students also participated, identifying opportunities for collaboration, professional development, and enhanced support services.

Dr. Abeysundara emphasized the importance of collective input in shaping an institution’s strategic vision. “Effective branding and communication require collaboration, consistency, and an authentic representation of the institution’s values. These consultations are a critical step in ensuring Aldersgate College reflects its commitment to excellence and innovation in its strategies,” he remarked.
