Empower, Elevate, Excel: Building Leaders for a Brighter Future

On November 9, 2024, the Central Council of the College of Business Management and Accountancy (CC-CBMA) hosted a transformative Leadership Training session, uniting aspiring leaders from various academic organizations, including ACI-JPIA, ACI-JMA, ACI-JCF, ACI-JHMA, and ACI-JTMA. The event was designed to inspire, equip, and empower participants with essential leadership skills and to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration within the college.

The highlight of the event was an engaging session led by the esteemed guest speaker, Sir John Pole R. Ngabbu. His thought provoking address centered on the importance of leading with integrity, passion, and vision. He encouraged students to recognize their unique strengths and to harness these qualities to bring meaningful change to their communities.
