Lastly, ๐๐๐๐. ๐๐๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ ๐ฆ๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐ป ๐. ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ถ๐น๐ฎ๐ป of Galima Dangilan Reyes Law Office explained the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act and Safe Spaces Act, introducing the acronym DR AIM WET (Demand and Request of sexual favor from any person having Authority, Influence, and Moral Ascendancy in the Workplace, Education, and Training Environment) and emphasizing that “Respect is Non-Negotiable.”
The orientation also featured icebreakers, awarding of certificates, and inspirational messages from the SIPP coordinators. Overall, the event prepared BSA and BSBA student-interns with the values, knowledge, and awareness they need for their internship journey and future careers.
