Over the past five days, the PROJECT DESIRE journey has been an inspiring testament to collaboration, innovation, and the unwavering commitment to empowering our youth and stakeholders. This initiative is designed to address academic challenges while promoting sustainable innovation and rural entrepreneurship, aligning with national and global goals to create a resilient and prosperous economy for our province.
Our heartfelt gratitude to the Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya, led by Governor Atty. Jose “Jing” V. Gambito, and the PROCEDE Office, headed by Ms. Judiette L. Asuncion, Provincial Cooperative Affairs Officer, and Mr. Roel P. Dolaypan, Jr., Division Chief of the Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office, for spearheading and organizing this impactful initiative. Your leadership and support have been crucial in making this program a success.
