Solano, Nueva Vizcaya – Aldersgate College’s Community Extension Social Services (ABA-ACCESS) reaffirmed its commitment to long-term community development through a comprehensive presentation of its plans and programs. In a gathering attended by barangay officials and mother-parent beneficiaries, the ABA-ACCESS team showcased its Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives (VMGO), as well as the impact of its initiatives over the past three years.
During the event, the faculty and student leaders of the Accountancy and Business Administration (ABA) Cluster outlined the various entrepreneurial activities, training programs, and social services conducted to uplift the local community. These initiatives, designed to provide sustainable livelihood opportunities, were revisited to reinforce the mission of ABA-ACCESS in creating lasting change.
Highlighting the organization’s tagline, “Leaving Legacy,” the presentation emphasized that ABA-ACCESS is not merely focused on short-term relief efforts but on developing long-term, sustainable solutions that future generations can build upon. The objective is to instill a culture of resilience and self-sufficiency among beneficiaries, ensuring that the community thrives beyond the initial implementation of projects.
Barangay officials, led by Hon. Eduardo Bangad, Sr., expressed their appreciation for the unwavering support of Aldersgate College. “The commitment of ABA-ACCESS to our community has been evident through the years. Their programs have not only provided immediate assistance but have also laid the foundation for future economic opportunities,” said Hon. Bangad.
