ABA-ACCESS Turns Over PET Bottles and Dishwashing Solution to Barangay Bagahabag

Solano, Nueva Vizcaya – Demonstrating its continued commitment to community development and sustainable entrepreneurship, Aldersgate College’s ABA-ACCESS successfully turned over 35 pieces of 1000ml PET bottles and 33 dishwashing solutions to the Barangay Officials of Bagahabag, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, led by Hon. Eduardo A. Bangad, Sr.
The turnover ceremony was attended by ABA-ACCESS Coordinator Mr. Gerson Nick O. Dominguez and student leader Ms. Jenny O. Millo, who formally handed over the materials as part of the ongoing livelihood initiatives under Project BASIN RISE (Building Aspirations and Strengthening Innovation for Nurturing Resilient and Inclusive Sustainable Entrepreneurship). This initiative aims to equip beneficiaries with the resources needed to sustain their entrepreneurial ventures, reinforcing ABA-ACCESS’s mission to empower local communities through skills training and economic opportunities.
Present at the event were Ma’am Julita P. Camba and Jesusa B. Dumlao, active beneficiaries of Project BASIN RISE. They, along with other community members, have been directly involved in the livelihood programs and workshops facilitated by ABA-ACCESS to enhance their knowledge and capability in small-scale business ventures.
During the turnover, Hon. Eduardo A. Bangad, Sr. expressed his gratitude to Aldersgate College for its unwavering support and partnership in uplifting the community. “The continued collaboration between Barangay Bagahabag and ABA-ACCESS strengthens our mission of providing livelihood opportunities to our residents. We appreciate the dedication of the faculty and student leaders in making these programs sustainable,” he stated.
As part of the activity plan for BASIN RISE, the continuation of livelihood activities, training sessions, and workshops has been outlined to ensure that the beneficiaries receive continuous guidance and support. The initiative not only provides necessary materials but also fosters self-reliance among the community members, enabling them to create sustainable income-generating opportunities.
With the active participation of barangay officials, educators, and student leaders, the Project BASIN RISE remains a beacon of sustainable social entrepreneurship, proving that collective efforts can drive long-term positive change in local communities.
