61 Years of Purpose: ACI’s “Service Beyond Walls” Touches Hearts, Land, and Minds!

“Service Beyond Walls: Employees’ Wellness and Bounty Garden” officially launched today! From the fertile soil of Aurora Farm to the specialized lobbies and labs on campus, Aldersgate College, Inc. celebrated its 61st Founding Anniversary by putting our core values into action.

📍 Venue 1: ACI Aurora Farm (The Innovation Hub)
The heart of our sustainability efforts! After weeks of soil conditioning, our faculty, staff, and NSTP students began the main planting activity.

Key Highlights: Opening remarks by the ACCESS Director on the vision for Aurora Farm and a spiritual blessing of the garden by the School Chaplain.

Leadership in Action: Joined by the OIC VP for Finance, College Registrar, Assistant Registrar, and the ACEA President, our team learned proper planting techniques from our expert farm caretakers.

📍 Venue 2: CSS Building Lobby (Public Health Education)
Education is a vital part of wellness. Our High School students gathered for a timely and essential HIV Awareness Seminar.

The Goal: Empowering our youth with facts, reducing stigma, and promoting a culture of health and responsibility among our students.

📍 Venue 3: CSS Building Side (Basic Education Department)
Sustainability starts young! Our Basic Education Department (Elementary) spearheaded their own counterpart garden at the CSS Building.

The “30 Pails” Project: Led by the Elementary Principal and Coordinator, 30 soil-filled pails were planted, teaching our youngest Aldersgateans that you don’t need a massive farm to grow a “Bounty.”

📍 Venue 4: Nursing Arts Lab (School Campus)
While seeds were being planted and minds were being informed, lives were being touched at our Medical Mission.

SMS in Action: The School of Medical Sciences (SMS), led by the Dean and SMS Coordinator, transformed the Nursing Arts Lab into a center of care.

Volunteer Power: Three volunteer doctors dedicated their time and expertise to provide medical consultations for our ACI family and community beneficiaries.

✨ A Legacy of Social Relevance
As the ACEA President noted in his closing remarks, today was about commitment and collaboration. These simultaneous activities across four locations prove that when we work together, our impact knows no walls.
