AC President Rev. Dr. Micah Ryan B. Ramel met with Provincial Board Member Hon. Roland Carub of the Sanggguniang Panlalawigan of Nueva Vizcaya and Bayombong Councilor Hon. Seth B. Navis to discuss the development of livelihood and entrepreneurial projects as well as the submission of proposals for research engagements. As chair of the Committee on Tourism, Culture, and the Arts, SBM Carub assured the President of his support of activities aimed towards the promotion of local tourism and enhancement of culture and the arts. Several research projects are also in the works which will actively involve faculty, staff and students with the goal of translating classroom theory into actual learning experiences as they participate in meaningful and relevant community-engaged programs and projects.
AC Research Director Daton Jonathan B. Palitayan and Outreach and Extension Director Leticia D. Serrano were also present during the meeting.
