The support of the Provincial Local Government Unit to the Abaca Industry of the Nueva
Vizcaya Abaca FreeFarmers Social Enterprise (NVAFSE) Inc. was sought thru the Office of the
Provincial Governor, Hon. Carlos M. Padilla. The ACI Team with the leadership of the Chief
Executive Officer, Rev. Micah Ryan B. Ranel, Ph.D, LPT, made a Courtesy Call with the
Provincial Governor to present the project and seek the support of his office to the project.
