Aldersgate College, Inc. was honored to host a high-level courtesy call from Mr. Edel M. Dondonilla, Regional Director of DA-PhilFIDA, along with Ms. Alaiza Sugot, Fiber Development Officer I.

A Meeting of Minds – The Regional Director met with the ACI President, Rev. Eduardo B. Copliting, Jr., PhD, to discuss strategic matters aimed at fortifying the partnership between the two organizations. The dialogue focused on long-term collaboration, ensuring that the Sericulture project remains a flagship for sustainable livelihood in Nueva Vizcaya. Rev. Dr. Copliting expressed his deep gratitude for the unwavering technical and institutional support provided by DA-PhilFIDA.

From Dialogue to the Field – Following the meeting, the PhilFIDA team conducted a hands-on site visit to the Aurora Farm, accompanied by the ACCESS Team:
Mulberry Farm: The visitors observed the ongoing cleaning operations conducted by our local community farmers.
Rearing House Construction: The team inspected the progress of the ongoing construction, ensuring that the facility meets the high technical standards required for silkworm rearing.
