AC FOOD HANDLERS UNDERGO BASIC FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION TRAINING

The Office of the Vice President for Administration under Engr. Josephine P. Jasmin spearheaded the conduct of a Seminar on Basic Food Safety and Sanitation. The seminar aimed to train participants in preparing and working with food in a safe and hygienic manner.
The primary target audience of the seminar was personnel employed in the school cafeteria and other faculty and staff in need of food safety training.
Dolly Lacar-Gutierrez, RND, Nutrition and Dietitian II of the Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Hospital served as the resource person for the activity.
