The 86th Infantry “Highlander” Battalion and the 502nd Infantry “Liberator Brigade” of the Philippine Army (PA), in partnership with the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) and the Solano Philippine National Police (PNP) conducted an Information and Education Campaign (IEC) at Aldersgate College on January 17, 2023, aimed at raising awareness about the infiltration and deceptive recruitment practices of communist terrorist groups and the dangers brought by illicit drugs among students and employees. On the other hand, a Peace Concert, showcasing the talents of uniformed personnel as well as students from the College was also held to instill patriotism and promote peace toward nation building
Toward the end of the program, students manifested their commitment to the promotion of peace by signing the Peace Wall.
