The officers of the Nueva Vizcaya Abaca Free Farmers Social Enterprise,Inc. held the first phase of their Seminar -Workshop on Strategic Planning on August 6-7,2024 at Aldersgate College, Inc. This is one of the several scheduled trainings and seminars to be conducted for the farmer leaders in order for them to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge in running the organization.
Several resource speakers were invited in the persons of Prof. Ari Ben L. Ablang, Ph.D., who is an expert in Community Development; Prof. Jennifer Madonna G. Dait from the Ifugao State University who is likewise an expert in the field of Community Development; Bernardo R. Balangatan, J.D. who is an expert in Cooperative Development and Rev. Jomar P. Pastores,MTheol who is also an advocate of Community Development.
The activity was facilitated by the ACCESS Office of Aldersgate College, Inc.under the Office of the. Vice-President for Research, Development and Entrepreneurship in partnership with the Department of Science and Technology. The DOST Regional and Provincial office personnel were in attendance during the two-days activity.
